I think the best part is the taste - YUM! I can’t say if it’s increased my supply yet, but I still love having it in my shake each day!

I just add a spoonful to my oats in the morning and when I’ve been working out I add some to my smoothie. Great source of protein. I like that it’s not whey based as my little one doesn’t agree with dairy
